For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Pinkcity Honey is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. However, any national holidays or other mandatory holidays that fall within this time frame may cause a delay in shipping. If the dispatch is delayed longer than the specified time, our customers will be informed of the cause for the delay and provided an estimated shipping date.
  3. Packaging Orchard Honey ensures that all products are packed in protective boxes to safeguard them from potential damage during transmission. We go above and beyond to ensure the safety and quality of the products you’ve ordered.
  4. Delivery Delays While we guarantee timely shipping, the delivery time is mostly determined by the effectiveness of the courier provider. Orchard Honey is not responsible for any delays caused by delivery companies. Customers can use the tracking number issued to them to get real-time updates.
  5. Returned Shipments If a product is returned to us due to delivery problems or erroneous address information, we will make a second attempt to deliver the product after validating the customer’s address and phone number. Customer may be charged the shipping fee if it was found that the customer entered the wrong details for shipping the product.
  6. Cash on Delivery (COD) While COD is an available payment option, Orchard Honey has the right to refuse COD orders if the order’s validity is in doubt. This measure is put in place to ensure transparent and genuine transactions.
  7. Cancellations and Changes If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations is not allowed.
